SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH (GOOD THINGS UTAH) — Today in the studio we have, personal shopper, Dani Slaugh walking us through what to wear and how to pack for a 10-day vacation. While it’s simple to pack sandals and swimsuits for a warm vacation it is a little trickier to pack for the winter or those colder vacations.
Dani’s number one tip for packing is to start with the shoes. Picking out shoes is a top priority because you not only want comfortable shoes, but you want them to coordinate with the outfits you plan to wear. Another big tip is bringing outfits to layer with. The more you have to layer, the warmer you will be.
Putting your first-day needs into your carry-on is a safe option for the off chance you have to check your suitcase.
