Let’s get packing with these 5 great tips
1 min readTip #1: Plan your outfits for each day and fold clothing in outfits. Use a collapsable closet organizer to plan outfits and then put it right into your luggage.
Tip #2: Take only 3 pairs of shoes, including the shoes you wear on the airplane. Use dusters or hotel shower caps to cover your shoes in your suitcase. Put socks in your shoes.
Tip #3: Use plastic straws to prevent necklaces from tangling, store in sunglasses case.
Tip #4: Use an oven mitt to store and travel with heat tools.
Tip #5: Embrace (free!) sample size cosmetics. Use a piece of plastic wrap under lids of liquids to prevent leaks.
Use the 5,4,3,2,1 method for packing for one week away in a carryon: 5 tops, 4 bottoms, 3 dresses/jumpsuits, 2 purses, 1 hat.
