Salinas Ecuador, Is This a Beach Paradise?

VIDEO
Is Salinas Ecuador really a beach paradise? In this video I travel to Salinas Ecuador, one of the most popular beach towns on the Ecuador coast, to see what it’s really like. I spent three nights and two full days exploring Salinas with my longtime friend Rene. Rene and I have been friends since high school and he was the best man at our wedding. Julie stayed back in Cuenca Ecuador with Chili since Chili is not a fan of the beach or warm coastal weather. During our trip we explored the beaches, restaurants, nightlife, and local atmosphere in Salinas Ecuador, and we also break down the real cost of visiting Salinas, including our Airbnb and daily expenses. If you’re curious what it actually costs to spend a few days on the Ecuador coast, we show everything. One thing that really stood out about Salinas Ecuador is the climate. Unlike many tropical beach destinations, Salinas has a dry coastal climate. During our stay the weather was perfect, upper 70s to low 80s Fahrenheit, there were no mosquitoes, and the ocean breeze made the beach incredibly comfortable. We also show how the beach vendors in Salinas Ecuador work. Instead of being pushy, they actually create a low-cost resort experience, bringing drinks, snacks, and food directly to you while you relax on the beach. If you’re considering travel to Ecuador, visiting the Ecuador coast, or exploring Ecuador beach towns, this video will give you a real look at what a short trip to Salinas Ecuador is like, including the beaches, food, nightlife, and overall atmosphere. We hope this video helps anyone thinking about living in Ecuador or visiting Ecuador’s coast. Thanks for watching and for being part of the Warren & Julie Travel community.
