BITUNG, Sulawesi – Given a choice between Bali, where she lived for a month previously, and Bitung where she is now in Indonesia, Indian national Manisha Singh would choose the latter.  

“This place just suits my lifestyle and is what I want from a place to work from,” said the 35-year-old diversity and inclusion consultant with a multinational healthcare firm, gesturing to the lush jungles surrounding her one-bedroom apartment in the North Sulawesi city.
